These Terms govern your use of Quizifyme (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. This is a launch template — have it reviewed by counsel before relying on it for a production business.

1. The Service

Quizifyme helps teachers generate quizzes and related instructional materials from publicly available YouTube video transcripts. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before using it with students.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Quizifyme is intended for educators aged 18+.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to generate materials from content you are not permitted to use, to create inappropriate materials for minors, or to attempt to bypass usage limits, safety filters, or technical protections.

4. Content & intellectual property

You retain rights to the quizzes you create and are responsible for how you use them. Source videos remain the property of their owners; Quizifyme uses publicly available transcript text to generate questions and does not redistribute the underlying videos.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your Account page and retain access through the end of the paid period. Usage limits are described on the Pricing page.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." AI-generated content may contain errors — always review before classroom use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quizifyme is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
